Who Regulates Us?

The Financial Services Authority is the Independent
watchdog that regulates the financial services industry.

Since 31st October 2004 Mortgage advice and
arrangement has come under the regulation of
the FSA. From 14th January 2005 Life and General
Insurance business has also come under the
regulation of the FSA.Fresh Mortgages is authorised
and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

Our FSA number is 449267.

Our permitted business activities are advising on and
arranging mortgages and non investment insurance
